Sirasana and its variations!⁠⁠⁠⁠

Here I am practicing Sirsasan( headstand ). This asana in itself has amazing benefits including memory , focus , concentration and circulation. Doing the variations of sirsasana further strengthens and stretches the legs and tones the abdominals. I always dedicate one full practice to my inversions sequence once a week!
